Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your OMEN 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-B1000 (4Z7T3AV) or OMEN HP Laptop 16-b1001nt (68P09EA) can support up to 2 x 32GB of DDR5 PC5-38400, 4800 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 262-pin RAM sticks, such as shown in this link: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-omen-16-b1000.

However, it is important to note that RAM upgrades may affect your laptop's warranty, so be sure to check your warranty terms and conditions before making any RAM upgrades.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
