Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello Community

I got a new Notebook. The OMEN 17-cm2730nz. Now i wanted to Upgrade the RAM from 16GB to 32GB or more. I bought new RAM from Corsair but they did not work. Laptop was black and got nothing on the screen.

Wich RAM do i need for the upgrade???
Any Help on this one. The Rest of the Laptop is great so i only want some more RAM
