Product: HP 15-db1102nm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed the Windows 10 x64 on my laptop, but I have an issue with usage of the RAM memory. Installed RAM is 8.00 GB but 5,95 GB is usable. How to solve this issue? My laptop is HP 15-db1102nm with the following configuration: Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3500U and Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz.

Hi, Aleksandar:

 

Your notebook was designed that way on purpose.  There is no fix other than to install additional memory.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to models with the AMD Ryzen processors.
