Hi:

LPDDR4 memory would be soldered to the motherboard, and cannot be upgraded.

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook which will provide how much, and what kind of memory your notebook uses.

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-250-g6-%28intel-pentium-n3710---c...

Your notebook can take a max of 1 x 8 GB of PC3L-1600 memory.

No DDR4 memory will work.

I do not agree with you. I have a newer version of the processor and motherboard https://ark.intel.com/content/www/en/ru/ark/products/95592/intel-pentium-processor-n4200-2m-cache-up... -5-ghz.html and it says what types of RAM this motherboard supports

All the product specs I could find for your notebook indicate that it came with a Pentium N3710 processor.

If it has the Pentium N 4200 processor, it still takes DDR3L memory.

Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and it will tell you what speed memory is running in your notebook.

You cannot install DDR4 memory in a notebook that is running DDR3 memory because it runs at a different voltage, and the slots are cut in different places, so it won't even fit.

Again...LPDDR3 and LPDDR4 memory chips are soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded or replaced.
