I reviewed your post and I understand that 8GB memory on the computer is not working.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Did you purchase the memory from HP?
Is the computer working with the factory installed memory?
Based on the service guide for your computer, your computer supports up to 16GB memory and an 8GB memory should work fine on the computer. I recommend you try using a different 8GB memory and check.
Below are the memory details which are supported on the computer.
SODIMM, 8 GB, 2400 MHz, 1.2 v, DDR4
