RAM slots for Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop Model # 14M-DW0023DX

HP Recommended
Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to figure out if this computer can upgrade the RAM and how many slots there are.

If it can be upgraded, what is max.

Service Manual:

Manual

See p. 1. The Manual seems to say memory is soldered ("onboard") so cannot be upgraded. You have 8 gigs of DDR4-3200 so plenty fast and sufficient for most needs. The Manual, however, also shows memory slots and the procedure for upgrade. See p. 48-50. So it is showing 2 slots with a max of 32 gigs (pair of sixteen gig DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM)

Note the link above has a pulldown menu to buy various capacity models and 2-module kits.

Please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
