Product: HP pavilion gaming i510300H, 1650ti , indian variant

1650 ti GTX 

HP pavilion gaming ( purchased in 2020 )

Question : I want to update my ram , i have 8 gb preinstalled in taskmanager it is showing 2900mhz and in hp assistant it is showing 3200 mhz . so plz tell me which 1 should i trust and tell me how much more i can update my ram like (2x8) 3200 mhz , can i update or not ?
