I had asked 2 of the support people if I would be able to upgrade the RAM on my 15-db0069nr model.

Purchased the upgrade piece but cannot find ANYWHERE where I can take apart the 15-db0069nr. Can anyone send me to the correct place to find where I can disassemble it.

Page 43 shows you how.

Have you look at the book ? And what page #43 says ? You have to do 1, 2 ,3 and 4 first.
