On my Ubuntu 22.04 it shows that I have 2 GB of RAM, but when I run command "sudo dmidecode -t memory" I see that the maximum capacity is 8 GB. Is this correct for the laptop in subject?

Cheers,

BL

Hi:

When you look at chapter 1 of the service manual I posted for you regarding replacing the Wi-Fi adapter, unfortunately you will find the 2 GB of memory is an integral part of the motherboard (soldered to it) and cannot be upgraded.
