Hi everyone, I own a PC Notebook HP - 15-ay020la, I search the specifications in hp support with my serial and product number but no info about it.

I want to upgrade ram, now the laptop have 4Gb and I want to know if I can upgrade it to 8Gb.

Hi:

 

Your notebook has one memory slot and can support 1 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.

 

You will have to remove the 4 GB memory chip and install an 8 GB memory chip.
