Hi,
Spoiler
Always download the Hardware reference guide and user manual before making a purchase. So that you can know whether a device is upgradable or not or lacks hardware capabilities. (technical obsolescence).
or if you like more detailed info
replacing RAM & HDD is CRU ( Consumer replaceable unit) and should be a easy task
But before that make sure you have bought the right parts.
to check whether you bought the right size ram for your motherboard , speed , latency, voltage.
