I am using HP Pavillion 15-bc406tx which comes preinstalled 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD Hard Disk. 

Now I want to upgrade the Ram to the maximum capacity the system can configure and HDD Hard disk to 1GB SATA 

Please advise me on which RAM and Hard disk i can move

Always download the Hardware reference guide and user manual before making a purchase. So that you can know whether a device is upgradable or not or lacks hardware capabilities. (technical obsolescence).

replacing RAM & HDD is CRU ( Consumer replaceable unit) and should be a easy task
But before that make sure you have bought the right parts.
to check whether you bought the right size ram for your motherboard , speed , latency, voltage.

2) type cmd
3) type wmic memphysical get Maxcapcity, MemoryDevices
or you can just enter wmic memphysical list full
for more detailed intel.
wmic diskdrive list full
