Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I just purchased a laptop hp15t-fd100.

It came with 8gb RAM (8 GB DDR5-5600 MHz RAM (1 x 8 GB)). I would like to upgrade the RAM, since system is a bit slow. could you please provide specifications/brand for RAM for the upgrade? Also let me know the RAM installation steps. thank you!

Hi, I have tried upgrading with Crucial (below model) but didn't work out. On startup, I'm getting No display, Three long capslock blinks, followed by 2 short ones.  Pls advise how to resolve the issue.

Crucial 32GB Kit (16GBx2) DDR5-5600 SODIMM

  • CT2K16G56C46S5

 

Currently, my laptop has Samsung DDR5. Wondering if I need go with Samsung RAM?
