I'd like to know if the RAM of this model is upgradable and if yes, what is the maximum memory it supports.

Hi,
Since there are many different hardware specifications for your model it depends what Processor you have in the PC.
For Intel core processors:
The max RAM is 16GB of DDR4-2133Mhz RAM (2x8GB)
This is what the system is tested with and it will actually support 32GB of RAM. You can use 2400Mhz sticks which will run at 2133Mhz.
For Celeron or Pentium Processor:
The max RAM is 8GB of DDR3L-1600Mhz RAM (1 slot)
On pages 1,2 and 45 you can see various configurations and steps to upgrade RAM
