HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S5AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought the computer HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S5AV) - Ryezen 7 5700U, 8 Gb ram 3200 GHz. I would like to know if I can increase it by another 8 Gb to get to 16 Gb total and in case if I could update it what ram should I buy (I don't say the latency of the ram)? Sorry if I ask there but from my HP dashboard, if I click on my product, it doesn't show me anything.

Today I called HP Support and they sent me the correct file with the notebook specifications.
For all those who have the same problem as me can see the computer specification file at this link: https://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c06913989

Hi and thanks for the reply.
I would ask you if the doc "https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06955650" is correct for my notebook because I already saw it but in it there isn't my processor (Ryzen7 5700U).

Regards.
