HP ENVY x360 15-ds1003ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, does anyone how I can determine what RAM is compatible with this model and up to what capacity? I bought this from Costco.ca. It came with 8GM of DDR4 3200mhz RAM and I would like to upgrade it to 16GB or 32GB.

Thanks,

Hi:

Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your notebook.

https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/envy-x360-15-ds1003ca

According to the report, it supports 2 x 16 GB of memory.

I cannot find an up to date service manual.  The one on your notebook's support page has the older model series.

I would also open up the notebook first and confirm the memory is removable.

On my 15-ee047nr which has the same processor as your model, it says the memory is onboard and not upgradable, yet there is a section in the service manual that has the memory removal and replacement procedure.

Very contradictory.
