Here is the Service Manual:
Yes it has 2 slots. See p. 29-30.The model you ask about has 2 x 4 = 8. Officially 2 x 8 =16 of DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM is the maximum but the Ryzen models are known and widely reported to handle 2 x 16 = 32 OK.
