Hello,
I would like to upgrade the RAM for HP Pavilion 15-au006tx. It currently has 8GB RAM installed. I would like to go for the update so I can work on video editing software. Please give some insight into what is the best I can do.
Cheers
Naveen Alle

Hi Navven Alle,
Your system supports max 16GB of DDR4-2133 Mhz RAM (2x8GB).
At the moment your system has 1 stick of 8GB.
You can also insert 2400 Mhz sticks which will run at 2133Mhz. Your PC also supports dual-channel, so by adding an extra stick of 8GB of RAM the system will have more performance especially in mulyiple thrads suc as video editing.
On pages 1 and 35 of service manual you can see the various configurations and steps to upgrade the RAM.
