Hi there, my laptop is getting slow. Is anyone knows if my HP model Pavillion X360 11-ad019tu possible to be upgraded the RAM ? It is an 11.3" size scrèen.

Hi, @Abror_id 

 

The non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable) statement in chapter 1 of the service manual means that HP wants any upgrades to be performed by an authorized service center.

 

Since presumably the warranty has expired, you can upgrade the memory by reading Chapter 5 of the service manual, and you can remove the 4 GB memory chip and replace it with an 8 GB memory chip (which is the max).

 

Your notebook only has one memory slot.

 

This would be a compatible memory chip for your notebook.

You may also want to consider replacing the 500 GB mechanical hard drive with a better performing 500 GB 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
