Hello everybody, I'd like to ask if it is possible to upgrade RAM on my laptop to 8GB, as CPU support it (I've read it on Intel's site)?
Also I'd like to add more space to save my files with the help of SD card, or install there other applications, so is there any limitation in the choice of it? For example, could I buy Lexar x1667 (it should work almost like SSD, right)?

Hi:
The official specs and service manual indicate that 1 x 4 GB of memory is the max, but I agree that you could probably remove the 4 GB chip and install an 8 GB chip and it should work with no problem.
Here is the link to the service manual.

I have a Stream 11, and I have a 64 GB Sandisk SD card in it, and that works fine.

So, if I'd buy something like Kingston's new Canvas React Plus SD with 32Gb (https://www.kingston.com/en/memory-cards/canvas-react-plus-sd-card), there wouldn't be any problem and it would work with 300MB/s read, 260MB/s write speeds, like any SSD? I don't know if there could be any issue with this SD, maybe Stream doesn't support such a speedy cards? And does Application Performance Class affects productivity of Windows applications stored on SD card?

Unfortunately, that I do not know.
My Stream 11 does not have a standard size SD card slot.
I use a Sandisk Extreme Plus microSD card, and leave it in the slot at all times.
