RAM upgrade for HP Victus 16 s0009nv

Hello, I'm looking for a good RAM upgrade, I could not find in the product guide or any product info pdf the specifications for the ram on this laptop, like the voltage it accepts, the timings or CAS latency, also if it only supports JEDEC or XPM as well , or the max amount of memory 'supported, can someone help me out on this one? currently running on 16gb of RAM but some games require more than that and actually they either have frame drops because of it or I get dx error codes that says that I don't have enough ram to RUN the game (even at minimum setting 720p) and entirely closes the game. I just want to make sure I get the best RAM upgrade compatible with my laptop model HP Victus 16 s0009nv.

That only answers one of the questions... still need to know if it supports XPM or only JEDEC timings, and what are the ideal CAS timing on a 5600 module for this particular model that wont cause issues, and the voltage it supports.

I would use the Crucial memory that is recommended for your PC:

That would be the only advise I can provide about the specifications of the memory.

BTW, the Crucial memory report indicates the model series will support 2 x 32 GB of memory if you want to install more than 32 GB.

Weird that crucial doesnt have a 32gb (2x16gb) kit that runs in 2Rx8 configuration, I might have to go for the 64 kit that is listed on 2RX8.  hope it does not cause any issues I will post an update on this or keep searching for a 32gb kit that does have 2Rx8.

How many ranks is the memory that HP installed?

The one that it has right now is 1Rx16 or 1Rx8, I opened it about 2 months ago so i dont remember correctly but is one that many brands use to cheap out on since its usually overlooked, the same was on my last laptop a Lenovo laptop (2021) that came with 1Rx16 memory
