According to the Crucial memory report you can, but you need to check your processor's specifications to see if the memory will run at the full 5600 MHz, because the report also shows compatible 5200 MHz and 4800 MHz memory, which would seem to indicate your notebook's processor can only run the memory at 4800 MHz.
