Hi guys,
I have got Probook 650 G2 in basic configuration with 8GB 2400MHz Samsung memory. I wannted to upgrade my laptop with new RAM to 2x8GB an i bought 2x KINGSTON HyperX SODIMM DDR4 8GB 2400MHz HX424S14IB2, to have faster memory.
When I put 2x HyperX, laptop dont start, fan is working, capslock blinks 3.2 (in HP code mean bad initialization)
When I put 1x HyperX and 1x Samsung in diffrent conf. (changing slots, changing HyperX mem) laptop works and indicate 16GB, its ok.
When I put 1x Samsung, everything is ok and indicate 8GB,
When I put 1x HyperX, same as 2x HyperX, capslock blink 3.2 (3 x slow, 2x fast).
Any idea to eanble 2x HyperX ? or send it back to store ?
