Is there a way to upgrade system RAM from 16 to 32 GB on my HP Omen 14 Transcend laptop (RTX 4070)?

It is not possible to upgrade the memory in that model series.

 

The memory is an integral part of the motherboard and models in the 14-fb0000 series either come configured with 16 GB ot 32 GB of onboard memory based on the specific model number of the notebook.

Maintenance and Service Guide OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC Model numbers: 14-fb0xxx

 

Chapter 1 indicates that the memory cannot be upgraded.
