Hi

I need to upgrade the RAM from 4GB on my Notebook 14s-dq1508sa. Any info would be appreciated on

(a) getting inside the case;

(b) whether to add another 4GB or go for 2 x 8GB (my use is home computing, but I like lots of things open at once and am getting increasingly impatient).

Thanks in advance

Its specs

You can use the following manual which shows you how to open the case

         http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07888733.pdf

RAM sticks are much cheaper now. 2 x 8GB is the way to go. You can use

        https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfra32a/ct19323589          (will run at 2666MHz)

Actually, it supports up to 64GB of RAM

Regards.
