I would like to upgrade my RAM memory from the actual 4Gb to 8 Gb adding a new slot of 4 gb.
I would like to know if the following slot of memory fits well in my notebook:

Thank you very much.

Your HP 15-ay094nl notebook has a single sodimm slot available for upgrading memory. So the memory you asked abot would serve no point since it would not be an upgrade it is, however, compatible with your notebook.
Removing the original module and installing the Crucial CT51264BF160BJ Memoria da 4 GB, DDR3L, 1600 MT/s, PC3L-12800, Single Rank, SODIMM, 204-Pin would work, but what would be the point? You would have the same memory capacity your notebookwas delivered with.
If you want to upgrade, choose the Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1866 SODIMM CT102464BF186D memory module instead. It is guaranteed cmpatible with your notebook and actually would be an upgrade.
Crucial Memory sellls memory at the web link below as viable and guaranteed compatible memory module.

Are you having trouble going to the Crucial web page? Look there to see if it is listed as compatible.
