Hello,
I've a HP Pavilion gaming 15-dk0264tx laptop with 8GB 2666 MHz Ram. Can I upgrade this with 2 sticks of 16 GB 3200MHz ?

Hi:
Yes, you can install 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory in your PC, but it is only going to run at 2666 MHz, which is the fastest speed your notebook's i5-9300H processor can run the memory at.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info...
