Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to know if my laptop is compatible for RAM upgrade and if it will help to speed up the performance because currently it's very slow. used memory is about 3.5gb out of 4gb. can someone help. virtual support can't help. thank you!

Yes, your notebook supports up to 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

The first memory chip listed would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook.
