Dual channel is not a RAM module.
It is a mode of memory operation requiring a pair of identical memory modules.
Your laptop has a single memory module slot so it is not dual channel mode capable.
If the laptop won't boot up with the module you purchased, it means that there is something about the module that is not compatible. It could be the voltage specification, memory timing or a faulty module. The CL needs to be CL 11 and voltage specification of 1.35 vdc.

I take it the upper screenshot is of the new RAM.
It would have helped if you had shown the memory tab of the new memory.
It would show what the module timings are set at.
Your laptop's BIOS does not use JEDEC settings or XMP profiles.
Didn't you state that the laptop wouldn't boot with the new memory installed?
Did you purchase the memory from a website that guaranteed compatibility or did you use the specifications that are on the original module?
The reality is that there isn't anything you can do to make the new module work.
If the PC was a DIY PC where you could select an XMP profile for a memory module, life would be simple, but it isn't.
Your best shot at buying memory and having it work the first time it is installed it to always purchase memory form a vendor that guarantees compatibility.

There is no "copy" of Amazon.
There is only https://www.amazon.in/ and it actually is Amazon.
FlipKart does not have a good reputation.
Sellers are not held to that standard of Amazon.in and eBay.
Lots of people have been sold fake items from them, and there is no recourse when you are ripped off.
Amazon and eBay hold their sellers responsible and ban them for bad behavior. If you get scammed on Amazon or eBay you will get your money back.
You might have been sold a fake or bad memory module.

I absolutely agree with you on that.
I still remember when eBay was a risky place to order things from. I am glad they stepped up.
