Hey so I got my notebook right, so my question is can my hp ram be upgraded I just wanna know if the ram chip is independent and can be removed or is it apart of the motherboard, and question number two is is it safe to have the charger plugged in all the time and it won't effect performance and won't effect the battery capacity and lastly three can the video card be upgraded or is that solderd to the gpu and motherboard?

What is your Notebook 2000  ?  For example HP 2000-2b09WM Notebook PC, its specs:

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03499287

The above machine has

  • 2GB DDR3 SDRAM (1 DIMM)
  • Maximum supported = 8GB
  • 2 user accessible

That means machine has 2 slots of RAM, supports 8GB (2 x 4GB) max and it has DDR3 RAM.

Note: DDR3 RAM is a bit hard to find now, you can use lower voltage DDR3L RAM.

2. No, you can't upgrade iGPU, buy new machine may ending up cheaper.
