Yes, it is possible to replace the battery in your notebook.

The battery part number and description is:

Battery 4C 61Wh 3.99Ah LI SP0

 

HP does not sell a replacement battery for your notebook, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to contact HP's authorized suppliers at the link below and see if they can find one for you:

Or you can do a search by the HP L28764-005-battery part number on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.
