Hi, MY LAPTOP IS HP-15-bs095ms.
i need to replace the battery. and the battery info is:
JC03
3 cells
10.95v
31whr
2850mah Li-ion
part number: 919700-850
my question is can i use " 4 cell 14.4v , 42Whr JC04 battery" on my laptop?
because i don't find jc03 10.95v battery in any of my local stores. all thry have is 4 cell 14.4v jc04 battery.
and they say it is compatible with my laptop battery( 919700-850 part number battery.)
what should i do? can i use 4 cell 14.4v , 42Whr battery safely? is it really compatible with the jc03 10.95v one?

No. That battery is incompatible with the voltage requirements of your notebook.
Here is a search that I did in Bangladesh. I found plenty of online sources for the battery.

The only battery part number that is compatible is HP part number 919700-850.
You should be able to find an online vendor in your region of the world.
