This is a product whose warranty has expired. (verify hair site)

Please purchase from my supplier some time after manufacturing, and my supplier says that the warranty on it has expired. 
I am trying to respond to the guarantee by sending the fiscal note and the necessary data for more than a few days since I do not have a response...

 

 

 

Will someone be able to help me by recommending a quicker path for this change and my repair? Because we are a reseller and my customer is waiting for another product... 

NOTE: The product cannot be projected following the customer's message:

"I performed some tests on the HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock Station as requested.

The Dock Station can charge laptops, use the USBS outputs but cannot project with the HDMI and DisplayPort connections.

We also replaced two HDMI and Displayport cables and also failed to project.

"I managed to perform the Firmware Update because it was outdated and also did not intend to project all the laptop models available."
