I bought this laptop for work but checked reviews and saw it can run games at high settings at constant 50 - 60 fps. When i run warzone its very laggy the frames drop contsantly. i have updated the laptop drives and checked all settings to power etc. HP are saying do fresh install but the laptop is just 3 months old and lightly used, they also said upgrade ram but 16 should be enough.
i think its getting too hot or there is something going on wth it,
check the screenshot attached.
A friend said it needs cooling pals but i dont think itll make a big difference and he said try undervolt.

Hello so what fixed it was for some reason the GPU in the game was seletced as the Dedicated GPU but the laptop was still using the intergrated GPU to run hence why it was so weak and slow. I used CPU Z and that by default had the I-GPU selected, i clicked on RTX 2060 MAXQ and that fixed my issue.
