Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Pavilion Gaming Laptop has Ryzen 5600H with RTX 3050 Laptop GPU. It doesn't switch on while gaming at all. In games like CSGO I used to easily get 200+ FPS at 1080p resolution and 144Hz but now it lags and fluctuates like never before giving not even 20fps and trash gameplay. I have gotten my entire Motherboard changed at HP Service Center since my Laptop is still under warranty but to no avail. The service center guy told me to wait for the heatsink and then see if the issue gets resolved. But I want my unit replaced as other issues have cropped up since I gave my unit to the service center like the trackpad has started making noise and the audio in the laptop has started to delay by 1-2 seconds after playing a video on YouTube. Please tell me how to get a new unit.

Let me check your current system configuration before we look the performance problem ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
