Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

hey i have a pavalion 15 and the model no. idont know i did a clean install of windows 8.1 64bit from windows 10.. Due to driver issues.. But when idegraded from win.10 to wi8.1 i lost all the drivers including display driver .. I have an integrated graphics card intel hd 4000series and a dedicated graphics card of radeon hd8670m . i download the driers from the officialamd website but it seems like it is not giving performance only some 2-3+ fps is increased . My graphic card is well cleaned and insatlled . Even i donthave a render tab in dxdiag even after installing the drivers.. It onlyshows my integrated graphics..someone suggested me to get the driver from hp site . but i am unable to find it ... Please help me!!!

Hi,

Here is the page with the drivers for your PC:

Try downloading these drivers and then go to device manager and under the heading graphic adapter uninstall the two graphic drivers by right-clicking on them. Now install the driver you downloaded.

DO YOU mean that i uninstall both the dispay drives ie. intel hd 4000 series and amd hd 8600 series and then install the driver for what you have given .. so can you please tell me what do i get with the driver i.e will i be getting the amd settings and display driver or only display driver . so what about my intel display driver should i leave it like this only or should i uninstall it ... And very much thanks for your precious comment!!!!!😍😍😍😍

Hey i am getting the error its saying that " We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product . please select the dezired operating system and select update to try again even though i have choosen my operating system

Intel:

AMD:

Download and Try uninstalling both drivers from device manager and then installing the AMD driver.

Hey sorry for late reply i uninstalled both the drivers and then installed the drivers which yougave me but both ofthem doesnot installs correctly every time after restarting the laptop i have to again reinstall it because of code 43!!!! Please help me

Hey please reply fast and reinstalled windows 10 and updated it and installed all the driver from orignal sites and and updated !!! all my display drivers are now showing in dxdiag but the problem is that i have 2 gb intel hd graphics and radeon hd8670m 2 gb dedicated . but the display settings is showing intel 1760mb and dedicated 32mb but in previous windows it was total 4000mb and dedicated nearby 2050 mb can you please tell me how i can increase it or change it or what is the problem??? please tell me
