Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear sir, Is 16 GB ram is compatible for my laptop according to given description.

Hi:

 

Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

I do not believe that a single 16 GB memory chip will work.

 

Your notebook's processor is only going to run the memory at 2133 MHz regardless of what DDR4 speed memory you purchase.

 

Here is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook, which shows the memory upgrade info.

 

The DDR4-2400 MHz memory chip would be fine.
