How do I find out what the Ram Form Factor is without taking the back off?  I'm wanting to upgrade the Ram and need to order the correct item. Also, I'm assuming that I can use (2) 8gb to upgrade it to a 16bg ... which is the max for this laptop.

Thanks!

The specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with 1 x 8 GB of memory, so all you need to do is to add the 8 GB memory chip in the empty slot to get to 16 GB.

Hi:

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your notebook...

I need to upgrade from an 8gb to a 16GB by hopefully installing (2) 8gb.  Is this possible for this laptop?
