Product: Hp Envy x360 15z-cp0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I just want to know the exact specs and preferably manufacture of the 8gb stick of ram in my machine. I know its a 1.2v ddr4 but I don't know whether to use 2400 or 2666 hz.

Your machine is a\ CTO machine, but it should use same RAM with the HP x360 15-cp0000 series. One example
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06265175
Which shows it supports 2400MHz RAM. But manual (page 1) also says the series Supports DDR4 1.2-V 2666 and 2400
Regards.
