Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade RAM in HP Notebook - 15-ay005tx.  What RAM should I choose( Not capacity) I want its model. And can I go to HP service Center for same?

Hi,

 

HP uses part numbers to identify parts, not model. For RAM, your machine uses the following part numbers:


8-GB  part #  820570-005
4-GB  part # 820569-005
2-GB  part #  851379-005
