Product: Hp Envy x360 m6 convertible

Hi Guys I have a Laptop and I want to upgrade the ram and on the spec it is said that it come with 2 slot and when I open I see just one with 8gb and the spec said I can update up  to 16gb.

To assist you better, kindly provide the exact model number of the Notebook you are using.

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
