Product: Name: 17-f113dx and P/N: J9N56UA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

RAM Upgrade for an HP Pavilion 17-f113dx laptop. Default 4GB DDR3 RAM.

 

I am hoping to upgrade to minimum 8GB but preferably 16GB RAM, but I don't know what I'm doing as far as researching, selecting, buying, and installing the new RAM.

 

Please help me understand what I'm doing and to buy the right thing.
