I have the HP 15-f272wm and want to upgrade to 16GB Ram.  It currently has 4GB.  Is this possible ( or is there a maximum amount of say 8GB ) and where do I find that info, or can I simply buy additional RAM?

Thanks

This will work fine. It's Amazon's house brand made by Hynix, the leading memory maker in the world:

Its maximum 8 gigs DDR3L-1600. Pentium N processor models have a single memory slot.

Can I buy any 8GB upgrade or do I need to buy a certain type/brand?

Thanks
