Just upgraded my ram form 2 x 4 GB DDR4 3200MHz to 2 x 16 DDR4 32MHz but laptop only show 16GB instead of 32GB

Hi:

 

Theoretically, the notebook should support 2 x 16 GB of memory, but the service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB.

 

If 32 GB of memory wasn't supported, most likely the notebook would not have booted up.

 

Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and it will show you the specs of each memory chip you installed.

 

I have a hunch that you have 2 x 8 GB of memory installed and not 2 x 16 GB.
