I would love to know if my laptop HP 14 Laptop (30J32AV) would support this Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB 3200MHz upgrade. Plan to remove the old 4gb Samsung, and install just this one 16gb Corsair in slot 1.
Thank you

I did some research and got this one:
to get the maximum amount of RAM a system can support
go to the Command Prompt, type this command
"wmic memphysical get maxcapacity"
my system shows
"MaxCapacity
33554432"
so my system can support up to 32GB of RAM
using CPU-ID I can see that my system has 2 slots
one already has a 4GB DDR4-3200 (1600MHz) Samsung, the other is empty
in Windows Task Manager it says
"Speed: 3200 Mhz
Form factor: SODIMM"
so I guess throw out the old memory
and install just this Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB 3200MHz is ok

The model of your machine could be ending with TU for example

It is much better to use SAME Samsung RAM. I bought RAM from Crucial which says fully compatible but I had to return it and bought Samsung RAM on Amazon.
Does Corsair guarantee that ?
Regards.
