Permission,Good Morning sir, i have a question.So i have HP 14S-FQ0593AU with 4gbx2 ram,Can i upgrade it to 8gb×2? thanks for the answer

Unfortunately, it is not easy to replace. This video shows the case being removed since there is no "door" to access memory

When you get it open you can use air duster to clean the laptop and fans.

Yes but always make sure the vendor allows returns as mistakes can happen.
