Can I put DDR4 Lexar 16GB 3200 Mhz SODIMM into my hp 15-eq2065ur ( 8 gb 3200 Mhz exist)

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that 2 x 16 GB of memory is supported.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 15 Laptop PC

 

As long as the memory you want to buy is CL22 it should work.
