Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series.

The memory is upgradable.   Two memory slots.

 

This manual is out of date and does not include the 9th gen core processors, so your notebook would use 2666 MHz memory and you could most likely install 2 x 16 GB of memory if you wanted to.
