I have a problem with my computer. I have 8 gb of Ram but my computer says 2.9 gb usable I have tried everthing could you help

It's hard to say.
Does your PC have the same graphics too?
If it has a different graphics adapter, that could make a difference.
Anyway, you can make W10 64 bit installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You will need an 8 GB USB flash drive to make the bootable USB installer.
If you download the ISO file to make a DVD, I have zipped up and attached the utility below, that will transfer the ISO file to a DVD so that it is bootable.
When you get to the part of the installation where you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key option,' and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Hi:
If you are running W10 32 bit like you posted, the maximum memory that can be seen and used by W10 32 bit is 4 GB.
So 2.9 GB out of 4 GB is normal since the 1 GB of memory not showing up goes to the graphics.
