Hello, can you tell me if it is possible to update ram and hd for my model and if I can do it myself or do you need to send it to assistance?

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade and drive upgrade info.
Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of memory.
Your notebook appears to already come with the fastest drive type available--NVMe.
If you want to install a NVMe drive having a larger storage capacity than what is installed now, you can remove the existing drive and replace it with one having a larger storage capacity.
Chapter 5 of the manual has the removal and replacement procedures.
If you feel you can do the work yourself without breaking anything in the process (and voiding the warranty), you can do the upgrades yourself.
If you do not feel comfortable with doing the upgrades, you can take your notebook to an authorized HP service center and pay to have the upgrades performed.
